Prices

Prices are in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP), inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Ordering and Payment 

We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by us until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days. If your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday, it will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day.

Tax

The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.

Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause.
