We want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the below guarantee and exchange policies.

Guarantees

We have a 6 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on our silicone sport wristbands and a 12 month guarantee on our other products. Please note proof of purchase is necessary.

The properties of our magnets are guaranteed for life.

Size exchanges

If you require a differently sized product simply return your unopened purchases to us within 28 days of receipt. We will then dispatch the new sized product straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order by emailing orders@bioflow.co.uk quoting your order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please return your purchases to us within 7 days to the returns address above.
